Q: When will my pendant ship?
Each Roshan Ara piece is made to order. We don’t keep inventory — instead, we begin crafting your pendant once your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality and reduce unnecessary waste.
Please allow a few weeks for production and delivery. Once your pendant is ready, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We ship globally at no extra cost. Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your pendant reaches you with care.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
Due to the international nature of our shipping, we do not accept physical returns. However, if your pendant arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at info@rosha-ara.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
If the item is confirmed as damaged or incorrect, we will:
- Send a free replacement (same item and initial)
or - Provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personalized selections.

Our pendants are plated with 2 microns of gold over a high-quality base metal and paired with our signature turquoise-green stone. They're hypoallergenic and designed for comfort and elegance.
Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the finish and shine:
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or lotions
- Remove your pendant before sleeping or showering
- Store it in a dry place, ideally in your Roshan Ara box
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
