🔒 Rōshan Ara Return & Refund Policy

At Rōshan Ara, each pendant is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. Due to our made-to-order model and international fulfillment process, we’ve designed a fair and transparent return policy that protects both you and us.


When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We only accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • You received the wrong pendant (e.g. wrong letter)
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

📩 To qualify, you must:

  • Email us at info@roshan-ara.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

🚫 When Returns Are Not Accepted

We do not accept physical returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind (e.g., you ordered the wrong letter)
  • Incorrect chain length preferences after order
  • Items reported damaged after 7 days of delivery
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect wearability

📦 Why We Don’t Accept Physical Returns

Because our fulfillment is handled overseas, returning a package would require high international shipping fees and customs charges. To keep our pricing fair and accessible, we do not accept physical returns.
